Bleach: The Kaien Confusion

Well....how can I put this? It's really weird how the whole deal with this supposed "Kaien-dono" are turning out. Frankly I want to believe that it's not him....but something keeps nagging at me...a suspicion that it is in fact Kaien, only he's become infected and immersed with the Hollow that killed him and his wife. Simply because of his reactions to Rukia. I shall explain:

Here he says that he is indeed Kaien and even addresses Rukia by name and then..the weirdness begins....first he tells her how his soul cracked and he ended up being sent to Hueco Mundo along with the Hollow that had originally possessed him. He eventually ended up taking control of the Hollow's body and joined the Espada to get his revenge on Aizen. Then he asks Rukia for a favor, something only she can do for him....and then he slices her across her cheek with his Zanpaktou in a flash....

This is about when the real confusion begins....At first he tells her that she needs to be killed by the man she once killed to atone for her "unforgivable sin" which she agrees upon, on the condition that she has to save Orihime first and then he can kill her. He says he's joking. The second time he says that he'll let her go if she does something only she can do for him...bring him the heads of her friends.....

KAIEN?????!!!!!!!

Oh my God!!! I was reading chp. 262 of Bleach last night and I was in for a MASSIVE shock....

The chapter 262 "Unbendable" starts off with Sado getting his arm chopped off by one of the true arrancar as in...one of the Espada. You know how there's a crazy one in any army? One of them who wants to fight just for the pure sake of fighting? Unfortuantely Sado had to run into that one...just like Yami from before. Anyways, everyone feels him go down in battle. Then comes the whole scene where Inoue slaps Ulquoirra because he calls her friends idiots for even attempting to come and save her since they were so weak. Then comes the interesting part. Rukia manages to get through to some other side without any problems until, she begins to wonder out loud why the sun is shining and the sky is showing on this side and not where they entered from. It's here where one of the arrancar approaches her and tells her to follow him and he will explain everything. (Personally I have to believe that it's trap) But Rukia follows him in what seems to be an empty chamber where the arrancar/espada uncovers his face and introduces himself as Espada No. 9.....He looks EXACTLY like Kaien....but he gives a different name for himself....but Rukia goes into complete shock.....and this is where the chapter ends....
